How does SignalPGx pricing work?

SignalPGx uses a transparent per-report model that scales with volume - no upfront build cost and no bioinformatics hire. Plans are All Signal, Scale, and Enterprise; labs typically start with a pilot and expand as volume grows.

What is the difference between the All Signal, Scale, and Enterprise plans?

All Signal is the entry per-report plan for labs launching PGx reporting. Scale is the volume plan for a routine reporting line. Enterprise is a custom rollout with enterprise integration and volume terms - contact sales for a quote.

Is there a setup or integration fee?

Pricing is per report with no separate bioinformatics build or guideline-maintenance overhead. Enterprise rollouts with custom EHR integration are scoped individually - talk to sales for details.

Is SignalPGx a diagnostic test?

No. SignalPGx is clinical decision support, not an FDA-cleared diagnostic device. Every recommendation is reviewed and owned by a licensed clinician (human-in-the-loop). Evidence is graded against CPIC, DPWG, FDA drug labels, and DailyMed.
