001.
Is SignalPGx a diagnostic test or does it replace my doctor?
SignalPGx is pharmacogenomic decision-support and reporting software, not a diagnostic test, and it is not FDA-cleared or FDA-approved. It never replaces the physician: every report is reviewed and released by the lab's medical director, and final prescribing stays with the ordering clinician.

How does SignalPGx keep PGx reports up to date?
SignalPGx keeps reports current through Living Reports, which automatically re-analyze a patient's results when guidelines or their medication list change. When new evidence affects a prior result, the platform flags the report and alerts the lab so a medical director can review and reissue it.

Is SignalPGx HIPAA compliant and how is data secured?
Yes. SignalPGx is HIPAA- and GDPR-compliant, hosted on secured AWS infrastructure.
